About Songbird Psychiatric and Recovery Services
Welcome to Songbird Psychiatric and Recovery Services, where evidence-based, person-centered care is our priority. We offer shared decision-making modes of treatment for substance use disorders and mental health conditions, including counseling, case management, medication management, and recovery treatment encompassing both abstinence-based and harm reduction approaches. Certified as a community mental health services provider by the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Meet Kelly Brill, N.P.
Mental Health Specialist
Kelly has been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years working in critical care, cardiac care, hospice, and care management. Graduate from Northern Kentucky University in 2022 with a Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing. ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Kelly is a member of American Society of Addiction Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses. Proud member of the LQBTQIA+ community and Safe Zone Trained.
Our Services
At Songbird Psychiatric and Recovery services, we facilitate stronger, more resilient, healthy individuals, families, and communities by providing comprehensive treatment for substance use disorder, and mental health disorders.
Services include a full biopsychosocial assessment, a SUD assessment, case management, individual
psychotherapy, and medication management. Songbird Psychiatric and Recovery services will also offer case management services to link our clients to resources in the community and provide them with every opportunity for success. Psychiatric prescribers provide medically assisted treatment for substance use disorder, and medically managed psychiatric medications for mental health conditions.
Our talented staff will help prevent overdose deaths and support the wellness of our clients in Cuyahoga and Lorain County.
We provide increased access to care by providing both Telehealth and in-person services.

Songbird Psychiatric & Recovery Services offers discounts based on family size and annual income. Please contact our office for information about our sliding scale fee schedule for those who qualify.
